FIVE STAGES FILTER CARTRIDGE:
- SILVER-ACTIVATED CARBON: Extremely effective in the removal of chlorine, THMs (trialomethane chemicals ), bad tastes and odors, radon, solvents, pesticides and herbicides, volatile organic chemicals and hundreds of other chemicals. It disinfects and inhibits the growth of bacteria and parasites such as salmonella and Escherichia Coli in the water filter system.
- ACTIVATED CARBON: It has been used for hundreds of years and is considered one of the oldest means of water purification. Removes chlorine, THMs (trialomethane chemicals), organic chemicals, nitrates and sulphates, unpleasant odors and colors.
- ZEOLITE:Zeolite is a volcanic mineral with some unique properties. It has the ability to remoce heavy metals, such as lead and cadmium, and softens the water. Also, it has extremely strong antioxidant properties.
- BIO CERAMIC BALLS: Makes water molecule clusters smaller and therefore more easily absorbed by our tissues. The bio ceramic balls can also kill some bacteria and viruses.
- SILICA SAND: Removes acidic components, giving water a better taste and the right pH balance.
It is advisable to replace the filter cartridge every two years or after every 7,500 litres of filtered water.
