Removes all the harmful and unnecessary substances such as iron rust, sand, sediment and germs like salmonella, E-Coli, shigella, cholera, typhoid, coliform etc, thanks to its pore size of 0.2 of a micron. For comparison, 1 µm equals 1/100 of the thickness of a human hair.
It is advisable to replace the ceramic filter every two years or after every 7,500 litres of filtered water.
